· My wife Joan and I have been enjoying the good life in Lake Naomi since 1980. Our two children spent their summers growing up here. We decided to go to camp with our kids. Now our extended families, to include 5 Grandchildren, are continuing to enjoy all that Lake Naomi has to offer. Joan is an avid tennis player, we are users of the Community Center, Pool and we occasional play golf...and, all sorts of boating activities are big in our family. Our main residence is in New Jersey.
· Currently CEO and President (and owner) of an Executive Recruiting and Consulting firm for the past 4 decades.
· In the very early 80's became active with the Lake Naomi Sailing Association.
· For two years served as the Vice Commodore. The following two years served as the Commodore. While Commodore was a member of the Board of Governors.
· After the role as Commodore Chaired the Membership Committee and did so for the next 6 years. During that period the focus changed of the then Membership Committee to the Marketing/Membership Committee.
· The Market/Membership Committee first introduced how a self-managed community can create Marketing Programs to promote itself and to insure financial health. In addition the committee also advocated change in the dues structure.
· For the past 7 years have been a Trustee and Trustee Liaison to the Membership/ Marketing Committee of the Lake Naomi/Timber Trails Communities.
